Giulio Concu è nato a Nuoro (Sardegna) nel 1968. Dopo la laurea in Lingue e letterature straniere, lavora presso la casa editrice Imago, per la quale ha curato diverse pubblicazioni di carattere etnografico e storico-architettonico, fra cui: Fuochi di Sant'Antonio e Carnevale in Sardegna (2019), Sardegna archeologica (2017), I Giganti di Mont’e Prama (2015), Murales. L’arte del muralismo in Sardegna (2014), Resorzas. Il coltello artigianale in Sardegna (2009). Cadono dal cielo è il suo primo romanzo.
