A spectacular mountain bike trip of 350 kilometres that follows the route of the ancient transhumance paths, rich in technical passages between territories unique in the world: the transparency of the Gulf of Orosei, the slopes of the Gennargentu massif and the internal area of Ogliastra. The volume is a valuable guide to the route divided into 9 stages and that rejoins at the centre allowing a northern variant, a southern and an eastern alternative closer to the coast. It contains the maps and the descriptions of each stage, numerous images, a glossary and an introductory part on the areas crossed by the T-Track.
